The Find Your AND Framework

What else is also true?

That’s the question at the heart of everything I do. It’s a deceptively simple tool, rooted in DBT’s dialectical thinking, that helps parents and kids hold two truths at once instead of getting stuck in all-or-nothing thinking.

I love my child AND I’m completely exhausted.

I want to help AND I don’t know how.

My kid is struggling AND they are capable.

The AND doesn’t fix the tension. It creates the space to think, feel, and respond with more flexibility — for parents and kids alike.
