New! Executive Function Coaching for College Students

College students today are navigating more than academics — they are managing schedules, emotions, responsibilities, and transitions that require a high level of executive functioning. My new Executive Function Coaching program supports students as they build the skills, self-awareness, and confidence needed to thrive.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Learning Specialist, I work with students on the full spectrum of executive functioning challenges, including:

  • Planning & Prioritizing
  • Organization & Task Management
  • Cognitive Flexibility
  • Emotional Regulation & Stress Tolerance
  • Time Management & Procrastination
  • Self-Advocacy & Communication with Professors
  • Working Memory & Study Skills
  • Metacognition & Awareness of Strengths/Needs

This program is ideal for students with ADHD, anxiety, or learning differences, and it’s just as beneficial for any student adjusting to the less structured, more independent nature of college life.

Program Format

  • Weekly or biweekly 1:1 coaching sessions (via Zoom)
  • Semester-based enrollment
  • Optional check-ins and tools for accountability

Students receive practical strategies, emotional support, and guidance tailored to their learning style and goals. Coaching is skills-focused, not therapy, and does not involve diagnosis or clinical treatment.
